What does our alumni say?

"After taking IPS’ course on Image-Pro, I now have the knowledge I need to get my job done quicker and more accurately." Janice Silva, Chemistry Department, Tufts University

"Part of our research involves acquiring and analyzing hundreds of images a day. IPS taught us new techniques for gathering and analyzing our images. It saved us several man-hours of work per day." Sally Beech, Cytology Research Specialist, Matritech, Inc.

"IPS furnished our staff with in-depth knowledge about image analysis techniques and how to apply them to our application." Nan Roche, Lab Manager, Cell Regulation and Carcinogenesis, National Cancer Institute, National Institute of Health

Image-Pro (A.S.L.)

Application Specific Labs (A.S.L.) are one-day instructional classes that will teach you application specific techniques on how to process and analyze your samples.

By utilizing our Feasibility Lab, you will have a wide variety of optics and microscopes available to image your specific samples. First, we will establish the appropriate lighting, magnification, and imaging discipline. Then, we will determine which processing tool(s), measurements, and analysis methods are required to obtain your results. Once the technique is finally perfected, we will help you write a step-by-step procedure to get the results you will need. This is a valuable tool for anyone who routinely analyzes images. You will be able to hand this procedure to a novice and they will be able to produce the same results as the experienced user.

This course is for new and experienced users of Image-Pro. So, if you have recently purchased an imaging system or just want to improve your knowledge of image analysis techniques, then this lab training is for you.

The cost is $499.00 per procedure development either on-site or at our facility in North Reading Massachusetts.

You can register on-line, by fax at 978 276-0095 or by phone at 978 276-0094 x 112. We accept MasterCard or Visa, company purchase orders or checks.
